Orders & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order before 2:00 PM CST on the dispatch day. Once dispatched, your order will fall under our Returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to locations within the United States only; we do not offer international shipping.

When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?

Your order will be handled within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and will take 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat) for delivery, for a total delivery estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard Shipping only. We do not provide expedited or overnight shipping options.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free Standard Shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. All prices are in USD.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (such as a wrong item or defect), Vita Old Metairie will cover the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method in USD within within 5 business days after we receive the returned item; please allow 1–2 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.
